Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for refund
Refund Process

- Package the item securely with original packaging and tags
- Ship the item back to our return address (provided by customer service)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution:

- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Exceptions
In cases where the product is defective or incorrect item was shipped, we will cover return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
